Order Processing

- Custom-made or special-order products may require additional manufacturing and preparation time.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates, including:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
- Umm Al Quwain
International delivery may be available upon request and subject to shipping arrangements.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- In-stock products: 2–7 business days
- Large commercial equipment: 5–14 business days
- Custom fabrication projects: As per agreed project timeline
Delivery schedules may vary due to product availability, public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or logistical factors.
Delivery Charges
Shipping and delivery charges are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Product size and weight
- Installation requirements
- Special handling needs
Applicable delivery charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect products upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify SAS Kitchens within 48 hours of receipt.
Installation Services
For selected commercial kitchen equipment, installation services may be provided by our technical team. Installation schedules will be coordinated separately based on project requirements.
Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timelines, SAS Kitchens shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transportation disruptions, supplier delays, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, restricted access, or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
